“Summer Shade” offers a slice of-life insight into an Israeli summer day. Gal, a 13-year-old redhead girl runs away from her older sisters, towards her favorite relaxing summer spot: the magical refreshing pond nearby her summer house.
Only that shortly after her arrival, a group of ultraorthodox Hassidic Jews arrive into the place and violently kick her out of there.
