| After several decades living in Paris, working as a writer, Josef returns to the small Oregon town of Eden, to take care of his ailing father. Unable to write a word, unable to keep up with the absurdity of the political situation, he volunteers to coach the girls’ tennis team at one of the local high schools. At the same time, he meets a brilliant woman, an outsider just like himself, who happens to be a dancer at Eden’s only strip club. An incredible connection which makes Puritan Eden very uneasy. |
