The Mongols believe that everyone has a spirit. Tengri is their god; his spirit is hidden in nature to protect the tribe. Mongols call people who do not respect life and nature “monsters.” They also believe that monsters are inherently good by nature, and that their evil behaviour is not their primary intention.
