Lisa supports her former drug addict mother Sabine in the custody dispute with the youth welfare office. They are on the verge of preventing Sabine from losing custody of Tom. When suddenly the recently released from the prison and heroin addicted father is back on the doorstep, the family structure comes apart. Lisa starts to doubt what is best for Tom.
