IN GOD I TRUST

After losing yet another job he desperately needed Ben quickly finds his life spiraling downwards. Unable to maintain his financial responsibilities, his girlfriend decides to leave him taking with her their only son. In a desperate state of mind Ben hops into his car and leaves the city. A journey that takes him to an obscure town in Idaho where a random encounter with local Tyler leads to an impulsive confrontation. Ben is black and Tyler is white – both men believe the other side is responsible for their personal demise in society.
In the meantime Stanford University professor Michael travels to Idaho to visit his old college friend James – to share with him the news that he is now dating his much younger daughter Mya. Not an easy sell especially given James’s very Christian values. All three stories intertwine together in a thrilling set of events that will forever change their lives.
