A twenty-minute film directed by James Kerr, that lets us into the private thoughts of six women who are looking to bury the past and have a second chance at life. It explores the effect societies obsession with a women’s age has on her individual struggle no matter her age. Second Skin is an original and intricately woven piece written by Offie award nominee Maud Dromgoole and stars BAFTA and Tony nominated, and Olivier award winner Dame Sheila Hancock, Tanya Reynolds (sex education) and Priyanga Burford (no time to die). An all British, mainly female (writer, full cast, two DOP’s), all British team.
